Is It Ok To Ejaculate During Male Brazilian Wax

A summit final declaration of the People's Summit

Organizations social, political and popular movements, workers, migrants, indigenous and peasant communities, the women's movement, young people and unions in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, gathered in Lima for the People's Summit, Linking Alternatives III, declare:
cooperation and integration of our peoples is created by constructing a system in which economic, political, social, cultural and environmental majority are given priority and rationale of government policies . Therefore, we reject the draft Partnership Agreement proposed by the European Union and backed by various governments Latin American and Caribbean countries that only seek to deepen and perpetuate the current system of domination that much damage done to our people.
The European Union strategy "Global Europe: Competing in the World", is the strengthening of competition policy and economic growth that seek to implement the agenda of corporations and deepen neoliberal policies incompatible with the discourse on climate change , poverty reduction and social cohesion. While trying to hide its nature by including issues of cooperation and political dialogue, the essence of the proposal is to open markets for capital, goods and services, investment protection foreign and reduce the state's capacity to promote economic and social development. This has implications for both regions:
For Latin America and the Caribbean, this strategy reproduces the outline of the FTAs \u200b\u200bthat have signed the majority of countries in the region with the U.S. and beyond the policies of the WTO reject. The natural resources of these countries are being exploited indiscriminately, displacing entire communities, destroying biodiversity, depleting water sources, and impoverishing the workforce, and it has a lot of responsibility European multinationals. Latin America has been victim of looting by transnational corporations and now, as democratic advances stimulate the search for their own development paths in different countries and ways of integrating the service of people, many governments that follow the free trade recipes encourage the fragmentation of the region, and national confrontations contradictions between them.
In Europe one of the greatest threats to democracy, justice, peace and ecological balance, is the Lisbon Treaty being ratified by elites without consulting the population and we reject as it did in the past . This treaty reinforces a neoliberal Europe, increasing militarization, the exclusion, inequalities and the commodification and toughens enforcement, security policies. This is reflected in an increase in precarious employment, a general attack on social rights, including labor conquests. At the same time, accelerating the construction of a "Fortress Europe", which involves closing the borders, violating the right of asylum and the criminalization of migrants and social movements, creating virtual and real walls, which are no different from those constructed on the border of North America.
Partnership Agreements that the EU has signed with Mexico and Chile have deepened inequalities and show what will happen to those who sign agreements in Central America, the Andean Community Nations and MERCOSUR negotiations on which they want to resuscitate. For Caribbean countries, these agreements recently signed, will increase the vulnerability and dependence of their economies, while also breaking down the dynamics of subregional integration.
At the time in Lima governments talk of social cohesion, climate change and poverty reduction, it should be noted that the main cause of inequality, social polarization, environmental degradation and discrimination, is the primacy of market over rights people and providing all guarantees to corporations that eliminate the state's capacity to define national development projects with government complicity. Multinationals have double standards, relying on the asymmetries Partnership Agreements tend to reinforce. Consequently, the discourse on Political Dialogue and Cooperation is the bait hides the hook of the interests of these corporations.
Facing the food crisis affecting many countries, denounced the hypocrisy and policies of multilateral institutions (WTO, IMF, WB, IDB, EIB) who try to hide the real causes: the redirection of production to countries exports, the loss of the state's role in food regulation and conversion of food into a source of speculation financial, all as a result of the policies of "free trade." Therefore, it is unacceptable to propose as a solution to the crisis, more liberalization and deregulation. The mass production of biofuels aggravates the already difficult living conditions of millions of people. Once again reject this false solution to the energy crisis and climate.
In this situation, the organizations that make up Linking Alternatives, we reiterate that it is possible different integration based on self-determination of peoples, respect for the environment, human rights and democratic processes undertaken by those governments that away from neoliberalism and people looking for their equal relationships with all countries in the world. This involves the strengthening of cooperation in all areas between peoples, the strengthening of solidarity to all forms of discrimination and of policies that violate the sovereignty of countries. As shown by the Second Session of the Permanent Peoples' Tribunal, we demand justice and redress of grievances, damages, caused by European companies, and the redefinition of relations with these companies so that they assume the social liabilities environmental and acting.
salute the actions of nationalization of strategic industries for development national and natural resources that belong to the people, not multinationals, such as the Bolivian telecommunications company ETI / ENTEL. We call on governments to promote progressive policies to join the process of transformation that are pushing. We reject the U.S. intervention challenging European Union and the sovereignty of peoples. The European Union should take its historical debt to the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly with indigenous peoples. We call attention to the plight of Haiti, the result of decades of theft, aggravated by the current military occupation. It also denounced the policy complacent European Union with the government of Colombia.
The only solution for Latin American, Caribbean and Europe is uniting around the defense of their welfare and strengthen the resistance and mobilization against neoliberal policies. She must draw on the contributions of women, indigenous peoples, peasants and other social forces, with their massive presence in the Social Summit, have given an example of fighting spirit and development of alternatives in search of progress based on harmony with nature , human rights and the elimination of all forms of discrimination.
We call on governments to respond effectively to the demands of the people to build other relationships between regions, based on overcoming market model. We call on people not to be fooled by authoritarian governments that seek to criminalize just civil protest. We urge the people of Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe to join the growing strength of organizations seeking a better world for all and thus live up to the challenges now facing all organizations humanidad.Invitamos social and popular movements from both continents to start preparing for the upcoming People's Social Summit, Linking Alternatives IV, which will take place in the English State in 2010.
