The end of democracy in Peru

Supreme Decree 007-2008 which authorized the armed forces involved in the protests and social demands in areas not declared emergency could become the benchmark to eliminate formal democracy and establish a new dictatorship in Peru, cutting a bloody right-wing dictatorship, the similarities with the time of Fujimori and Montesinos, are not pure coincidence.
1. The APRA now need a coup, or to take the Congress because they have political control, thanks to its alliance with the mafia fujimontesinista and support of the rightist National Unity, with which they have majority in Congress, in addition to their total appeasement foreign powers and the national oligarchy. So in that context 007-2008 decrees as are the signals they give us what is happening in Peru. This is not the first decree of this kind, it is now legal for a police or military killed a Protestant, that if it is a serious matter, democracy is definitely dying.
2. The creation of paramilitary groups that were common during the decade of fujimontesinismo now to be reactivated again in the Fujimori era was the bloody Colina Martin Rivas, now is the command Albirena Sara Cinnamon. Cinnamon is a command vigilante whose main mission is to infiltrate the popular marches to cause riots and so the police begin to attack the demonstrators (see Section 3), although it must be remembered that during the first government of Alan, Mantilla, the after-representing APRA, receive money from Montesinos to support the dictatorship, also formed a paramilitary group called Rodrigo Franco.
3. Thanks to a supreme decree signed last year by Alan Garcia, now the police and the army can attack and kill the demonstrators, that is something like a "license to kill", this practice was during the strike agriculture which killed four peasants and all shot in the head by the police, ie the same tactics of a typical dictatorship, this is how the APRA government aims to suppress social protest in blood and fire. A new example of this was the brutal police repression against students from San Marcos University who were protesting the illegal amputation of the university grounds.
4. The total submission of the media certainly do remember the times of dictatorship in which the media bought by Fujimori and Montesinos inveighed against social protests against any opposition to the dictatorship, at present the case of Chichi Valenzuela and Aldo M are the most representative, the total submission of these arrangements is really pathetic.
5. Persecution NGOs that support human rights is another important item, with the excuse of a letter which indicates the idle Aprodeh MRTA, which is true-that was sent to the European Parliament, the APRA now seek to charge them with terrorism and traitors, not just them but all the other NGOs that did not even have anything to do with the letter, these NGOs are now suffering persecution and harassment by the state.
This is how APRA try to end what remains of democracy, a democracy is fragile because it only covered a small group of Peruvians, because politicians only respond to the interests of a small group of power, because the institutions public are corroded by corruption, because they continue with an economic model that has long showed its inability to solve social problems and poverty, and democracy could not last long and now we face a new authoritarian regime Hague What would you say if alive?.
